    Refill reminder

    You receive an SMS when your medicines are next due for a refill.

    Choose your medicines

    Call or message the pharmacy team to get started and choose the medicines you need and when you would like them.

    Collect your pre-packed medicines

    Your prepared medicines are ready for collection at Reddam Pharmacy.

Before you start

  • • Pack My Meds is a separate service from sending a new prescription to the pharmacy.
  • • For a new prescription, repeat authorisation or a medicine question, use the prescription workflow or speak to the pharmacy team.
